Matt Daniels is a senior business and management consultant with over 25 years of progressive executive leadership across global logistics, supply chain, and commercial strategy. Following a career spanning senior executive roles at DHL, TNT and FedEx, Matt founded MWD Solutions to bring that same executive rigour directly to leadership teams — without the complexity and cost of large consulting firms.
Having held board-level P&L accountability across Australasia, Southeast Asia, North America, and the Middle East, Matt brings a rare combination of strategic depth and operational credibility. His career includes a pivotal role leading the integration of large-scale post-merger sales organisations following the TNT/FedEx acquisition — one of the most complex commercial integrations in the industry.
Matt is recognised for building high-performing teams, driving sustained commercial performance, and delivering results in both established corporate environments and emerging or frontier markets where ambiguity and agility are prerequisites for success.
Holding a degree in Human Resource Development, Matt has a deep passion for organisational design and people development. He is a committed advocate for gender parity in the workplace, with a particular focus on attracting and advancing women into management and leadership roles — believing that diverse leadership teams are not just an ethical imperative, but a measurable commercial advantage.
